♡ What's the difference between Patreon prints and prints here in the shop?

Prints here in the shop that were previously featured on Patreon have a few differences, the main one being that Patreon prints are signed and numbered on the back, while shop prints are not. Patreon prints include free shipping, as well as a sticker in that tier!

♡ How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on the total weight and dimensions of the package, with orders over $50 USD qualifying for free shipping.

♡ Do you ship worldwide?

I ship worldwide with the exception of Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) due to lack of complete shipping insurance coverage and high rate of package loss in these countries. 

In addition, due to COVID19, the USPS has suspended service to certain countries- please check the USPS website for a complete list of countries I cannot ship to at this time.

♡ When will my items ship?

Items ship out within 3 days of an order being placed, unless otherwise stated.

♡ Do you offer rush shipping?

No, not at this time.

♡ How long will it take for my items to get to me?

For domestic orders, packages will take approximately 7-10 days, and international orders may take up to a month to arrive depending on the state of the post at the time.

♡ The tracking for my package has been stuck for a few days with no additional updates- what do I do?

Sometimes there are internal issues in the postal system that result in tracking not being updated, and then suddenly arriving without additional updates. This particularly happens when the package is in transit internationally, so please wait for the package to arrive within a reasonable period of time.

If your package fails to show up within a reasonable amount of time, please see below.

♡ My items have not arrived- what do I do?

First, please ensure that you have waited at least two weeks for domestic orders and one month for international orders. Unfortunately I don't control the rate of the post and I am not responsible for items once they have left my hands. However, if your items still have not arrived within the timeframe stated above and your tracking does not indicate where your package is, please shoot me an email and we will figure something out.

In the event that a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or similar, you may pay for additional shipping and I will resend the package.

♡ I placed two separate orders- can I combine them?

As long as they have not yet been sent out, yes! Please send me an email as soon as possible to combine orders, and I will refund excess shipping.

♡ I accidentally used the incorrect address for my order- what do I do?

Please email me as soon as possible if you need to change your package information! I am not responsible for packages once they have left my hands, but in the event that the package is sent out before you are able to contact me, if the package is returned to me, you are more than welcome to pay for additional shipping and I will reship your package to the correct address.

♡ Will you lower the marked value of the package to avoid customs or taxes?

No, this is illegal. You are responsible for customs, duties, or taxes when ordering from my store, so please do keep this in mind before you place an order.

♡ Do you offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me, and I can see what I can do.

♡ Can I place a hold on items to pay at a later date?

Unfortunately no, as it messes up my stock count.
